The first day I set out on my journey with Royal was on September 1st, 2011. Surrounded by a positive and friendly, yet professional, environment, I felt I wanted to spend more than the regular 8 hours. So, I started coming in early the morning and only left when it really got dark outside. Royal, with its open-door policy, recognized my efforts immediately and provided me with all the tools and resources I needed to develop and advance in my field. In a reasonable amount of time, I started the Trade Audit Unit.
Couple of years later, I headed the Dealing department, the days of which I will never forget. In 2014, I was then selected to start a new department called Middle Office, where I was given, both, local and global exposure. Then in early 2016, I was promoted to Director of Operations.
Later in 2016, Rayan Al Annan, our Boss, distinguished leader, and owner of the Royal brand, extended his appreciation and made me partner in his new Royal division in Europe. More and more doors were opened for me.
Today I am honored to be the Managing Director/Partner of Royal Financial Trading (CY) Ltd and I truly feel that there are no limits to what can be achieved with Royal.

I initially joined Royal as Responsible Manager on its newly-acquired Financial Services Licence.
In those early discussions with the Owner, it became very clear that we saw this cutting-edge industry through the same rose-coloured glasses and, before I knew it, I was in, hook, line and sinker.
I was given the opportunity to help expand the company into the Asia-Pacific region by building the Australian office and evolving a truly global offering from the ground up. Royal, in Australia, started in a small office and soon found itself competing with the big boys in the region. As we were expanding, Royal gave me the support I needed to evolve this blank canvas into the strong global presence it is today. It was challenging, it was exhilarating, but most of all, it was successful.
Two offices very soon turned into four, with the addition of the Cypriot and US offices (talk about rewarding).
The one thing I have noticed from day one is that I have always felt at home with Royal. During my career, I’ve pursued other opportunities with other organisations. But for me, Royal is the perfect platform for those who are motivated by what they can achieve in a dynamic and supportive company, that also loves to push the boundaries within a fast-paced industry.

As a young man, I was given an opportunity to learn the intricacies of Futures trading, taking an entry level position as a trade desk clerk with a Futures Commission Merchant in the United States in the summer of 1998. My first responsibility was to send clients their daily and monthly statements. I was never as excited in my life to lick stamps!
I can truly say I fell in love with trading in those first few days witnessing the environment. It didn’t take long for me to learn the business, becoming the trade desk manager within six months, and an integral part of the company within a year. During that time, I became intimately involved with each aspect of running a regulated FCM in the United States.
Such experience proved valuable, as it led me to an opportunity in the retail Forex industry, which was just getting started in the United States in 2001. I was able to start a Forex FCM regulated by the CFTC and NFA, wearing every hat possible within our organization: President, Head Dealer, Compliance, and Sales, just to name a few. This experience allowed me to have a unique perspective that many people did not have access to.
Being one of the founding members of Royal, I was able to use my depth of knowledge and experience to help build a company that would last and become one of the leaders in its space.
Currently, I see Royal as a company with a very solid foundation built by the hard work and dedication of our outstanding team. With our core values intact, our future is very bright.

Being in the industry for 5 years plus, I have always focused on building a career in one of the top brokers in the Forex industry. This is something I definitely found in Royal.
I started my career in another broker, but I was never given the chance or opportunity to spread my wings or grow the way I needed to.
Upon joining Royal, I was given the position of Director of CY sales. Within less than a year, I was promoted to Director of Global Sales, running one of the biggest and most professional multilingual sales teams in the Forex Industry.
